Already in January, Hip Image is ready for summer! Why? Well, mostly because this past weekend we set up our Boler camper on site at the Calgary RV Trade Show as part of the Rangeland RV award winning setup and display.
We brought out all the camping props, from the infamous beaver to ridiculous looking trapper hats, the standard goofy glasses, a big fish, some little fish, lumberjack red plaid, binoculars, lanterns and some new animal masks (owl, bear, deer and frog) that made anything fun. It was almost a real campground!
One mother thought it would be funny to try on our realistic looking bear mask to surprise her daughter. The mother laughed, the daughter did not. Later though, the entire family came back and all giggled together in the Boler.
Honestly, we could have easily sold ten of our little Bert the Boler to the vintage loving RV shoppers. However, the best part was engaging the clients and directing them back to Rangeland RV “Spin to Win” contest for a brand new 2018 Forest River R-Pod (Model 179 for those of you who are curious!).
It was fun, free and a also a chance to win! How great is that for any trade show display? In addition to Bert the Boler, on site we brought our Hashtag Printer to the show. Each time a new trailer was sold, the Rangeland RV Sales Team would capture the proud new trailer owners and posted to Instagram with the #rangelandrv.
In an instant, those images were uploaded to our system, printed in hard copy and delivered directly to the client. What a way to celebrate an exciting new purchase, and also a wee bit of friendly competition among the sales team.
